With her background in the energy sector, Melissa is skilled at assisting clients with multi-faceted business transaction issues, complex contractual disputes and negotiations, as well as oil and gas and real estate matters.

Meet Melissa


Melissa graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2008. Before earning her juris doctorate degree, she attended the University of Wyoming to receive her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a Pre-Law concentration. Since beginning her career 15 years ago, Melissa has delivered exceptional results to clients in Colorado and Wyoming. Melissa has been licensed to practice law in Wyoming since 2008 and in Colorado since 2013.

Her passion for law and helping others goes beyond the office, founding the University of Wyoming Alumni Association Denver Law Network and contributing to the Salt Creek Energy Excellence Scholarship for the University of Wyoming College of Law, Melissa is a proud University of Wyoming alum. Melissa also serves on the Board of Directors for the University of Wyoming Art Museum.
